A Vida participates in the interior design of Utopicus Gran Vía, a very original coworking space located in the heart of Madrid
As the imperturbable flow of time advances, so does the way we live. Our way of perceiving reality and our relationship with it adapts to the new times. It gives rise to new perspectives. And it allows us to inhabit new worlds in which nothing is static, and everything is mutable.
Following this logic, work is not free from the influence of this particular roadmap, which is nothing more than the natural course of things.How, when and where we work has become a fluid question. A fickle one. One that illuminates new places in which to materialize each project. Each idea. Each future.
One of these places is Utopicus Gran Vía, an original workspace located in one of Madrid’s nerve centres. Designed for professionals, creatives and freelancers to meet, it offers a unique work experience in more than 3,500 square meters.
Private offices, open-plan offices, training rooms, communal areas, an exclusive dining area, a social club… All the rooms at Utopicus Gran Vía, spread over five floors, were designed by the established interior design studio MIL Studios, with whom we have had the pleasure of collaborating on a multitude of projects.
On this occasion, our teams specialized in the offices sector have had the opportunity to give the whole a contemporary and modern aura thanks to the application of our exclusive wall coverings. Without a doubt, a fundamental part of the aesthetic identity of A Vida.
Much more than just offices
The aesthetic commitment of Utopicus Gran Vía is to be a permeable space. One that does not turn its back on the place where it is located. One that flees from hermeticism to enter into symbiosis with the dynamic urban environment that surrounds it, reinforcing the sense of community and collaboration.
But at the same time, it gives rise to the creation of a calm, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. An environment that allows professional activity to be carried out without interruptions. And which is capable of protecting the purity of each creative process.
All this is achieved through the use of green spaces, natural materials, ergonomic pieces of furniture and a common element present in several of the rooms: our exclusive wall coverings.
Its imperfect textures adorn the walls of Utopicus Gran Vía with the aim of giving the whole a very special visual dimension. Its neutral and bare tones allow for the creation of an unperturbed, diaphanous and neat space. A space that enables each carefully placed element to express itself as it is.
