A Vida participates in the decoration of Terracotta, a gastronomic space in Madrid that embodies the purest passion for craftsmanship
When sight and touch are combined with taste, the doors of perception open. The primordial essences are revealed with every bite. With every texture. With each form. For an instant, we can glimpse the origin of everything and understand its incredible transformation process from the earth to the table.
This is, in short, the foundational pillar on which the experiential proposal of Terracotta is based. A sensational restaurant located in Madrid’s Golden Mile that pivots around the concept of ‘gastronomic craftsmanship.’ This idea is replicated in the decoration of its establishment, based on what takes shape in its kitchens.
Conceived and designed under the baton of interior designer Helena Cánovas, this gastronomic space is an authentic tribute to the old manual trades. To the roots. It raises the earth as a central element. Something that translates into the use of organic shapes, warm tones and natural textures.
This design philosophy led to A Vida‘s participation in this hospitality project. The finishes, coverings and furniture pieces developed by our teams found in Terracotta the best place to settle. To grow as they are. To express themselves and contribute to the realization of an unforgettable experience.
Ancestral design
As its name suggests, Terracotta goes back to the beginnings of pottery to highlight the qualities of craftsmanship. Of what cannot be replicated. Of the imperfect. But which can be molded to materialize the unthinkable.
A perspective that is pure A Vida. And that is reflected, for example, in the inspiring furniture of the premises and in the original coverings that adorn the entire continent.
Sandy textures and organic geometric shapes come together in rhythmic murals that bring fluidity to the whole. That works hand in hand with lighting that mutates as the hours go by.
This is the aesthetic proposal of Terracotta. A place that bets on a concept of integral and complete craftsmanship, and that allows all the senses to be part of a very enriching journey.
